Consent and Data Protection Notice

Thank you for your interest in participating in this study on the evaluation of student programming solutions. The purpose of this survey is to investigate how instructors and teaching staff perceive code quality in student submissions. In particular, we are interested in which aspects of code quality are considered important and how educators would formulate reflective questions to help students critically engage with their own code.

Participation is entirely voluntary. The data collected will be used exclusively for academic research purposes and processed in anonymized form. No personal data such as your name or email address will be collected. Your responses cannot be traced back to you.

You may discontinue participation at any time without giving a reason and without any negative consequences. Data already submitted will not be linked to your identity in any way.

The survey is conducted by researchers from the Technology Enhanced-Learning Group at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, Germany. If you have any questions, please contact: sigrid.klinger@ifi.lmu.de and sven.strickroth@ifi.lmu.de.

By clicking “Yes, I agree to participate”, you consent to the anonymous use of your responses for research purposes.
