MunichFlu - Follow-Up - Information

Dear participants!

A warm welcome! We are delighted that you remain interested in our study.
This questionnaire is the follow-up questionnaire for the MunichFlu study, conducted by the First Department of Internal Medicine (Cardiology) at LMU Medical Centre.
The aim of the study is to investigate the so-called ‘Wiesn flu’ – a condition that is well-known but has received little or no scientific analysis – in greater detail and to identify possible risk factors.
In this questionnaire, you will be asked about your visit to the Oktoberfest.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and your responses will be pseudonymised.
Please read each question carefully and try to provide as accurate information as possible. If you are unsure about a question, please select the answer that you feel best applies.

Thank you very much for your support!
