MunichFlu - Control - Information

This is the questionnaire for the MunichFlu study, conducted by the First Department of Internal Medicine (Cardiology) at LMU Medical Centre, Munich.
The aim of the study is to investigate the incidence of infection in Bavaria during the Munich Oktoberfest.
Participation in the survey is voluntary, and the data collected will be pseudonymised.
