climate change and the associated discussion about the expansion of renewable energies is a constant topic in the media, at regular meetings and in political committees. The energy transition and, above all, its consequences are being intensively debated in the tourism industry with a view to the possible construction of new wind power systems in rural tourism destinations such as our Winterberg holiday world with Hallenberg.

In this short survey we would like to how you feel about renewable energies and especially wind power systems in a holiday destination like Winterberg. What impact do you think these investments could have? How do you personally perceive wind turbines when you go on vacation? We have put together these and a few other questions and ask you to answer them for us.

Why do we ask this questions? Because we want to obtain a wide spectrum of opinions in order to be able to assess what influence wind turbines could have on the development of tourism in our region with a view to successfully shaping the future of our holiday world. In short: we would like to cooporate with you to be well prepared for the future which is characterized by climate change and to take smart steps to develop our region sustainable. They are an essential and important factor.
